OUR PHILOSOPHY

At the novice level, we want our athletes to develop a love for the game as well as a solid skill base.  As age and skill level progress, we want to provide an avenue of achievement that provides the opportunity for each athlete to go beyond their prior expectations.  Only by pushing oneself beyond preconceived boundaries can an athlete find her true ability.  This effort is the fine line that separates excellence from average and decides who will come out on top and who will be found wanting.   Winners are not necessarily those who get the T-shirt after the final match, but those who apply their effort and dedication to themselves and their team.

We are looking for the committed athletes; the ones who understand that this is not a part time dream to be turned on and off depending on emotion.  The committed athlete also understands what it means to be a part of a team—to be a part of a unique group of individuals with a common objective and an agreement to do whatever it takes to achieve what they set out to do.  These athletes are selfless, putting aside personal interests for the good of the team and ultimately learning the greatest lesson athletics have to offer.
